At BNDL Services we are committed to providing transparent and reliable support for managing your utility accounts. We understand that your trust is important and we want to make our refund process clear, simple and fair. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued, how to request them and what to expect when using our services.
Our services include guidance on understanding utility bills, managing accounts, setting up reminders, assisting with suppliers, providing support for new connections and offering technical assistance for forms and online portals. Please note that we do not make payments on your behalf, and any refunds are related to fees for our services only, not for utility bills or charges.
For one-time services, such as a full account review or initial onboarding, a refund may be issued only if the service has not been completed or if an error occurred on our part. Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the payment date. After the service has been delivered, no refund will be issued for one-time services.
For ongoing monthly plans, you may cancel your subscription at any time. If you choose to cancel before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will remain active until that period expires. Please note that we do not provide partial refunds for unused days within a billing cycle. Refunds for monthly plans are generally considered only in exceptional situations, such as technical errors in processing payments or mistakes on our part. Our goal is to be fair while keeping the process simple and straightforward for you.
Premium support plans, which include priority assistance and dedicated specialists, are designed to provide full guidance and support for managing multiple accounts. Refunds for premium plans will be issued only if the service has not been delivered as promised or if we fail to provide the agreed-upon support. Any refund request for a premium plan must be submitted within fourteen calendar days of the payment date. This ensures that issues are addressed promptly and that seniors receive the reliable service they expect.

Once we receive your request, it will be reviewed carefully and we will respond within five business days. Our aim is to make the refund process transparent, quick and stress-free for all users.
Refunds will not be issued for payments already processed by your utility provider, for services that have already been fully delivered, or for issues resulting from user error or misunderstanding of the service scope. Additionally, refunds are not provided for missed deadlines that occur because the required information was not supplied in time. This ensures fairness and clarity for all users while allowing us to maintain consistent, reliable service standards.
If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned using the same payment method used during the original transaction whenever possible. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on the bank or payment processor.
In cases where a portion of the service has been delivered, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion. The refund amount will reflect the portion of the service not yet provided.
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the new effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
